These diseases of civilization are conditions that our ancient ancestors never experienced. With the conveniences and also stressors of modern life, we are not living longer - rather we are dying slower.
Thanks to fast food, contaminated ingredients, chemicals, and other toxins, it's no wonder our health is suffering.
